What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment must be completed before we can process your order.
I didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Drop us a note at shop@theluckymanor.com. It's possible the payment didn't go through, one of your items was out of stock, or there was a typo in your email address. We'll help you sort it out.
What do I do if something is out of stock?
Sold out? That's the magic of limited edition. Join the waitlist. The Manor always has something waiting.
Can I modify my order?
Email us at shop@theluckymanor.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best. Once an order is in process or has shipped, we're unable to make changes due to the blind box and limited-edition nature of our products.
What is the status of my order?
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Singapore takes 1 to 2 business days. Processing time is not included in delivery timelines. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link where applicable. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
Why was my order cancelled?
We're a small brand with limited inventory and we review orders to ensure fair access for everyone. If something looked irregular, your order may have been cancelled as a precaution. Email us at shop@theluckymanor.com and we're happy to help clarify.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore. If you're outside Singapore, email us at shop@theluckymanor.com with your country and postal code and we'll see what we can do. Shipping fees and local duties may apply.
Please note: we don't support freight forwarders or third-party international shipping services. Orders placed through these services are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
How much does shipping cost?
Sticker-only orders ship free via untracked letterbox delivery via SingPost.
Please note that The Lucky Manor is not liable for lost untracked mail.
Tracked delivery is available for SGD3. Free on orders SGD20 and above.
For all other orders, tracked delivery via NinjaVan is SGD3. Free on orders SGD20 and above.
How long will it take to arrive?
We process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days, and up to 4 to 5 during busy periods.
For tracked orders, you'll get an email once your tracking number is created. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery timelines after dispatch:
Singapore: 1 to 3 business days
Timelines are provided by the carrier and may vary. Orders with multiple items may ship together or separately.
Which carrier delivers my order?
Sticker-only orders ship via SingPost.
All other orders, including mixed orders containing stickers, ship via NinjaVan with tracking included.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Email us as soon as possible at shop@theluckymanor.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update it before dispatch. Once shipped, we're unable to make changes.
My order says delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
For tracked orders, email us at shop@theluckymanor.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note we're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but missing after the fact.
For untracked orders, please note that The Lucky Manor is not liable for lost untracked mail.
Where can I buy The Lucky Manor in person?
For now, we're exclusively online at theluckymanor.com.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel, return, exchange, or get a refund on my order?
Every Lucky Object leaves us sealed and fulfilled exactly as it was meant to find you. Because of this, we're unable to cancel, return, or exchange orders once placed. Part of the ritual is that luck has already chosen yours.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or genuinely incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery at shop@theluckymanor.com with your order number and photos. We'll review it and make it right.
