Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

It is possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.
What do I do if something is out of stock?
Sold out? That’s the magic of limited edition.

Can I modify my order?
To request a modification, please email shop@theluckymanor.com as soon as possible and include your order number in the subject line.
Due to the blind-box and limited-edition nature of our products, we are unable to modify orders already in process or have been shipped.
What is the status of my order?
Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery within Singapore takes 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery timelines do not include processing time.
You may check the status of your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
Why was my order cancelled?
As a new brand, our available inventory is limited. To ensure fair access to our products, our system automatically reviews orders for potential irregular or high-frequency purchasing activity.
If an order is flagged, it may be cancelled as a precaution to protect both the customer and The Lucky Manor.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore only.
If you are outside Singapore and would like us to ship to you, email us at shop@theluckymanor.com. Please include your country and postal code.
Shipping fees apply. Local taxes and duties may apply on delivery.
Please note: We do not support freight forwarders or third-party international shipping services. Orders placed using such services are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
How much does shipping cost?
SingaporeShipping is free on all orders within Singapore.
Tracking is included for every delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time is typically 2 to 3 business days.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 4 to 5 business days.
You will receive an email once your tracking number is created.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@theluckymanor.com with your order number and the correct address.
We can update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
My order says it has been delivered, but I have not received anything. What should I do?
The Lucky Manor is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

At the moment, The Lucky Manor is available exclusively online at theluckymanor.com.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final.
Due to the limited-edition and blind box nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Each item is sealed and allocated at random.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All orders are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Blind box items are sealed, randomized, and fulfilled exactly as purchased.
Can I request a refund?
All orders are final.
Refunds are not available for limited-edition or blind box items.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review and assist where appropriate.
